I believe that there's power in versatility; that's what my career has vouched for so far. I have worked in multiple digital disciplines, whether it is performing critical thinking combined with creative storytelling for marketing, or pinpointing the narratives that drive business decisions in a positive manner.
Though often misinterpreted, this diversity in work experience should not be seen as a weakness but rather as a strength, as it gives me the ability to work around challenges from different perspectives. This diverse experience has also helped me acquire a basket of unique skill sets strengthening me to adapt and thrive in various roles.
How I Got Here
Let’s start with first things first, I was born and brought up in a town named Bhilai, in the central part of India, where I did my schooling. My life in the small town has taught me a lot of lessons, be it friendship and camaraderie with my neighborhood boys to win tough cricket matches, or trying to get the best results for my school projects with limited resources. These experiences taught me the value of teamwork and efficient problem-solving. For higher studies, I went to a metropolitan city, Bengaluru, in southern India, where I completed my Bachelor of Engineering degree in the domain of Civil Engineering. I cannot thank this hustling city enough as it has molded my life, where I grew up mentally and emotionally, credit goes to the fierce competition in college and the hunger to excel.
After graduating from college, I got my first job as an SEO specialist at Yellafin Pvt. Ltd. As strange as it sounds for a civil engineer to enter a digital marketing agency, it was my conscious decision to get my ideas on the desk to help businesses market their products. My first job in the SEO domain has given me a plethora of unique insights into how businesses can ascend the digital marketing hill while keeping their focus on the authenticity of their brand's messaging. In my second role as an analyst, inspired by the metrics I used to watch after an SEO campaign, I developed a keen interest in data-backed decision-making. This role allowed me to nurture my analytical skills and understand the nuances of performance metrics, which are crucial for optimizing digital marketing strategies. After working as a marketing analyst for a brief period, by that time AI had really penetrated almost every business domain, I wanted to start working in this field, and luckily, I got the chance to work on projects by reputed organizations like Outlier, Alignerr, OneForma, which improved my ability to understand how AI works and how it can work for businesses.

CURIOSITY
I feel the biggest driver for me to learn about each and every responsibility of any role is curiosity. Without being curious to understand the ins and outs of the work, I would not be able to succeed in any part of life, even in the job I do.
VERSATILITY
I firmly believe that innovation prospers at the crossroads of diverse disciplines. This is one of the reasons why I've always loved to learn, work, and excel across multiple domains rather than limiting myself to just one.
PERSISTENCE
As a famous Japanese proverb says, "Fall seven times, stand up eight." Any day, I will value persistence over perfection because the road to sustainable growth goes through continuous trying and refinement.
EMPOWERMENT
My work is highly influenced by the conviction that real value springs up when we empower others with the knowledge we have. This helps create an atmosphere where creativity blossoms and everyone is entitled to get the relevant knowledge.
A Few More Words About Myself
Outside of work, I love working out to stay in shape and keep my energy levels high, not to forget, I am also a cricket lover, so I am blessed with outdoor activities and passion that just makes me fit. I'm also a great fan of live music gigs, always on the lookout for new bands and artists to enjoy. Apart from them, there is a place in my life where I unwind myself with a few rounds of my favorite mobile games. I feel the dynamic nature of my work and hobbies makes sure that I am always learning and growing, both intellectually and physically.
